“Learn how to adapt you brain for a better quality life. Practice research informed strategies to boost your mood, improve your brain and improve your life satisfaction in a welcoming and safe environment. This is a 4 week introduction to activities which are shown to build resilience and improve psychological wellbeing.

$10 waged/$5 unwaged. In the glass room on Level 2 or the Petridish. Bring yourself- just as you are.”
