Petridish warmly invites you to our launch of 'RISING TIDE - A Start Up Growth Fund'!
Rising Tide is a new initiative run by Petridish to promote and support local startups.
Rising Tide is a growth fund that accelerates the number of innovative businesses in Dunedin by connecting great ideas to early stage funding, and creating better founders.
We are fortunate to have partnered with SODA, and be able to tap into their already highly successful accelerator programmes. Together we can extend our reach beyond our region, and have access to a perfectly matched mentor for your business.
Briefly present your idea / business concept to be in with a chance to:
- be invited to the Lift Programme - a SODA Accelerator Package worth $20k. https://www.sodainc.com/incubation
- receive one of 5 sponsorship packages at Petridish, including 3 months+ free co-working space worth over $9k
- be granted a CASH prize from RISING TIDE of $1k, $2k or $5k, to give your Start Up a boost!

This is event #1 of #3, to be run quarterly in March, June, September and December.
#2: Successful participants from this Pitch Night will be invited to present an extended pitch to the Petriden consultants, Wednesday 27th March at 6pm. This will also be a closed event for invitees only.
#3: Petridish / Rising Tide will announce the grant and sponsorship recipients who will then be in the running for the LIFT Programme. This will be open to the public and held on Friday 29th March at 6pm.
