Angel 102 is focused on the investment activity an angel investor needs to undertake in order to manage their portfolio of investments and opportunities they are presented with regularly and give you some key tools and techniques in order to do this.

The workshop will be run by Ken Erskine who has extensive experience as an angel investor both from managing his own broad portfolio and leading the Ice Angels team for six years.

The course will cover:

• Due Diligence – how to conduct DD on the team, assessment tools to use and how to assess what the information is telling you

• Structuring an investment – planning for follow on investment, syndication and investment runway

• Key investment terms – spend time focusing on what key terms mean, how they are calculated and what they look like in legal terms

• Portfolio management – rationalising your portfolio, allocating follow on investment
